Company & market overview
MedEscape connects patients in the United States and Canada with trusted providers in Mexico, Costa Rica, and Panama for dental, hair restoration, fertility, and aesthetic care. It is live, taking real inquiries every day, and running almost entirely on a system of AI agents that one founder built and runs.
The short version
A lean company, growing every month, with a machine to find patients and a person to look after them.
MedEscape is live. It takes patient inquiries every day, moves each one through a real CRM pipeline, and follows up automatically with email and text. Behind it sits a fleet of AI agents that handle marketing, sales, finance, and operations. One founder reviews the output and approves it.
The automation stops where it should. Every patient is handed to our patient coordinators, who guide them from the first call through treatment and the follow-up after they fly home. Software finds and nurtures patients at almost no cost. People take care of them. That human layer is what patients are actually choosing when they hand us a decision this size.
The numbers here are refreshed regularly, so what you see is current and the growth is easy to track. Below is the market we are opening, where things stand today, how the system works, and where it is going.
The market
American healthcare keeps getting more expensive while coverage keeps shrinking. Millions of patients are already voting with their feet and flying abroad for the same care at a fraction of the price. That is the current MedEscape is built to ride.
The same therapy that runs $12,000 to $30,000 in the US costs 40 to 70% less in Costa Rica and Panama. Panama's regulatory stability is drawing serious, credentialed providers and a steady stream of US patients.
Mexico's cosmetic-surgery market is on track to double from $1.5B to $3.0B by 2033, and Colombia is targeting 2.8M health travelers and $6.3B in revenue by 2032. Patients save 50 to 80% on body and facial procedures.
Dental and IVF are where MedEscape already has traction. Both save patients 60 to 70%, and both rank among the most-searched treatments in medical travel. This is the demand our pipeline is built on right now.
Market figures: Mordor Intelligence and market.us (2025 to 2026 medical tourism sizing and growth); published industry estimates for US dental travel and cross-border cost savings; Research and Markets (Mexico cosmetic surgery, 2025); ProColombia health-tourism targets; and published clinic pricing for regenerative medicine in Panama and Costa Rica.
Momentum
Where the demand is
Demand is not spread evenly. Fertility care leads by a wide margin, followed by dental. That signal tells us where to point ad spend and which providers to add next.
Fertility is close to 60% of the pipeline while dental takes the most ad spend today. We are shifting budget to follow the patients.
How patients find us
We run paid media with a media-buying agency, backed by our own Ad Creative agents and automations. Our agents also run the organic channels, from communities to search to short-form video. Paid search already has hard numbers to show.
Facebook lead ads are our cheapest source of patients right now, and a branded form on the site drops every inquiry straight into the CRM. Our agency runs the buys while an Ad Creative agent writes and rotates the ads.
Our lowest cost per leadOriginal short videos run across TikTok and Instagram Reels, where patients discover care abroad. One organic post drew tens of thousands of views and pulled real inquiries, at no media cost.
Organic, and growingA daily radar surfaces threads where people are researching care abroad, and a content agent publishes helpful answers in the places those questions are being asked.
Daily, automatedAgents earn links and press, and track how often MedEscape shows up inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews, where patients now do their research.
The next search battlegroundThe largest cluster, eleven agents, pitches reporters, books podcasts, reclaims unlinked mentions, and builds the domain authority that makes every other channel cheaper.
Eleven agents strongHappy patients and referral partners send inquiries our way directly. As the first cohorts finish treatment, this becomes a compounding source of patients that costs us nothing.
Compounds over timeA Scout agent finds and pitches provider clinics across Latin America, widening the supply of trusted treatment options so we can meet demand as it grows.
Building the networkWe publish original content several times a week on every major platform, paid and organic.

How we keep them
What is next
Demand is pulling us into higher-value care. We are onboarding regenerative-medicine clinics in Costa Rica and Panama and recruiting plastic surgeons in Mexico and Colombia, while deepening the dental and fertility supply that already drives the pipeline. These moves are in progress right now.
A Scout agent sources and pitches new clinics on its own, so the supply side widens without adding headcount.
The engine
Five departments. The agents do the work; one founder reviews and approves it. Some of them audit and repair the others, so the whole thing keeps running without anyone watching it.
Bank statements become a GAAP income statement, and runway and burn are calculated every month with almost no manual bookkeeping.
Meta-agents audit the other agents and the automation plumbing, and replay failures on their own, so reliability does not depend on anyone noticing a break.
Thought-leadership pieces, a monthly patient newsletter, Reddit answers, and social posts are drafted and ready to send.
Investor updates, provider outreach, and funding research are drafted automatically, so the story stays current without pulling anyone off the work.
Low overhead is the point, not the goal. It means money raised goes into patients, providers, and growth instead of payroll and tools. A lean base is exactly what makes new capital go far.
Two ways in
MedEscape sits between patients who want care they can afford and the clinics that can provide it. That position is valuable from both sides.
The inquiries are real, the system that produces them is built, and the market underneath it is enormous. What is left is to grow it.
Let us talk
MedEscape is early, growing every month, and built to run lean. If you run a clinic and want a steady flow of patients, or you invest and want in before the curve steepens, there is a place for you here.
